At its heart is our house-made walnut gianduja, layered with crispy kataifi shredded pastry for a light, airy texture. House made maple-glazed walnuts made with Michigan maple syrup add a touch of sweetness and warmth in a creamy milk chocolate shell. Evoking the essence of traditional baklawa with a local Michigan twist.
