A beloved classic confection in many cultures - In Lebanon it’s called Tarbouche, in Denmark Flodeboller, in Germany Schokokuss. Light and airy marshmallow fluff atop a crunchy biscuit covered in chocolate. Whatever you call it, it’s a favorite around the world. Our version makes it bite sized and adds a little kiss of fun flavors. Mango, Strawberry, Blackberry or Pineapple coulis, caramel, or dark chocolate ganache on top of marshmallow fluff and a crunchy Biscoff cookie bottom.
