I ordered a variety box for my girlfriend's mom for Christmas. Unfortunately, it had gotten swapped with a box of cherry cordials. I emailed their service address, they confirmed the mistake and sent out the box I ordered at no cost, even handling shipping for me when I had originally shipped the chocolates myself.
